I’m Elena, welcome to my little corner of the internet, SciFemme! I had the idea for the name when I graduated with my B.Sc (a woman, femme, in SCIence) and decided to help bridge the gap between scientific research and widespread understanding. I’m a passionate women’s health advocate who is dedicated to empowering women through knowledge and education. Through this blog, I aim to do just that. But of course, I’m also a 23-year old who also loves putting together nice outfits, reading good books, and improving everyday, so you’ll find a little bit of everything here. 

I’m a sassy scientist who wants to be your new gal pal. Together, we’ll learn the answers to all our questions, and become the know-it-all who always looks like they have it together. I hope you like it here!
